Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat until melted.

Crack eggs into the skillet and cook until whites are set, about 3-4 minutes.

Season eggs with salt and black pepper to taste.

Drizzle truffle oil over the eggs while cooking.

Toast bread until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Spread butter on one side of each piece of toast.

Place cooked eggs on unbuttered side of toast.

Sprinkle fresh herbs over the eggs.
