1/4 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
1 cup Worthington tuna crumbles
1/4 teaspoon kelp
2 tomato slices, cut into circles
1/3 cup soy cheese
1 whole wheat sub roll, cut in half

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.

Add 1/4 cup chopped onions and 1/4 cup chopped green peppers to the pan and sauté until softened.

Take 1 cup of Worthington tuna crumbles and cut it in half if necessary.
