Knead the dough by hand for 8 minutes.
Shape the dough into a large ball and grease it.
Cover with a kitchen cloth and let it rise for 25 minutes.
Grease the baking pans.
Punch down the dough and knead it for a few minutes.
Portion the dough into small balls and place them on the baking pans.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let them proof for another 25 minutes.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
Brush the buns with melted butter after baking.
