Crack Chicken

2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 teaspoon Dried Dill
1 teaspoon Dried Chives
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese, cut into smaller chunks
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 Slices Bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
sliced green onions for garnish (optional)

Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker.

Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.

Add the cream cheese on top of the chicken.

Pour the chicken broth over the mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.

Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and mix it with the cream cheese and seasoning.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

Mix well until everything is combined and the cheese is melted.

Serve warm on its own, in a sandwich, or over rice.
