Knead the dough for 20 minutes until nice and smooth.

Add 75 ml of water to the dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes until it rises well.

Cut the dough into 6 pieces and shape them into balls.

Roll out the dough to 1 mm into an oval shape.
