cucumbers

olive oil

Leave cucumbers in cold water for 2 hours.
Mix 3 onions with 1 tsp salt.
Add 2 kg tomatoes and 5 bell peppers to the mix.
Add greens (dill) and salt to taste.
Pour in 150 gr vegetable oil and mix well.
Leave the mixture for 30 minutes.
Add black pepper and vinegar (6%).
Cover with a lid loosely and pour cold water over it.
Cook over medium heat for 40 minutes.
Close the lid tightly and cover with a blanket for 1 day.
