Take an orange, cut in half and squeeze it to extract juice & set aside.

In a pot, add orange juice, sugar, lemon juice and mix until sugar dissolves.

Now cook on medium to low flame for 1 hour or until thickens, stirring in between.

To check, pour jam on a cold plate; if it doesn’t drip, then it's done.

Let the jam cool for 10 minutes.

Pour the orange jam into a sterilized airtight jar.

Let it cool completely & refrigerate until use.
