Honey is a natural sweetener, while brown sugar is often less expensive.

Frozen cranberries can be more accessible and just as nutritious.
Wash the cranberries and add them to the food processor.
Add the zest of one orange and orange slices to the food processor.
Coarsely chop the cranberries and orange in the food processor.
Add whole strawberries to the food processor and coarsely chop them with the other fruits.
Add the fruit mixture to a Dutch oven and stir in 1/2 cup of water.
Add a packet of fruit pectin and stir well to combine.
Place the jam over medium-high heat and stir constantly while bringing it to a rolling boil.
Once at a rolling boil, add 4 cups of sugar and stir well to combine.
Allow the jam to boil for a full minute before removing from heat.
Skim the foam off the top of the jam after removing from heat.
Fill hot sanitized jars with the jam, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
Debubble each jar and clean the rims before adding lids and rings.
Process in a hot water bath canner for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let the canner rest for 5 minutes before removing the jam.
