Wash the cranberries and add them to the food processor.

Add the zest of one orange and orange slices to the food processor.

Coarsely chop the cranberries and orange in the food processor.

Fill hot sanitized jars with the jam, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.

Debubble each jar and clean the rims before adding lids and rings.

Process in a hot water bath canner for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let the canner rest for 5 minutes before removing the jam.
