Homemade Chocolates

300g dark chocolate
60g butter
30 toasted hazelnuts

Place the dark chocolate pieces in a saucepan.

Heat gently, stirring constantly with a spoon, until completely melted.

Pour the melted chocolate, still hot, into a large bowl.

Add the butter, stirring continuously with a spoon until you get a smooth cream.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a piping bag, and cut the tip with scissors, making a small opening.

Fill the silicone molds halfway with the chocolate.

Add a toasted hazelnut to the center of each mold.

Cover the hazelnuts with chocolate, filling up to the edge of the mold.

Level the chocolate using a flat spatula, removing any excess chocolate.

Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
