Melt the Baker's shortening in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder, jaggery powder, instant coffee powder, and multi millet mix until well combined.

Combine the melted Baker's shortening with the dry mixture and stir until fully incorporated.

If desired, add food flavours/essence to the chocolate mixture and mix well.

Pour the chocolate mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

Once set, remove the chocolates from the molds or cut into pieces if using a baking dish.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
