1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon diced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon adobo
2 packets of sasson

Heat a pot over medium high heat and add olive oil and corn oil.

Once liquid is absorbed, fluff the rice slightly, reduce heat to medium low, and cover.

Optionally, sprinkle 1/4 cup of cherry wine on the rice and cover to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
