Add chopped carrots, celery, smashed garlic, and chopped onion to the pot.

Bring the pot to a rapid boil, then reduce to a medium simmer.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and discard the skin and bones.

Roughly chop the chicken into chunks.

Drain the broth, keeping the vegetables for compost.

Return the chopped chicken to a clean pot and add the broth back in.

Season with Pam's prep all-purpose seasoning and stir.

In a bowl, crack an egg and lightly beat it.

Add all-purpose flour and a little water to form a wet and crumbly dough.

Flour the work surface and place the dough on it, incorporating more flour as needed.
