Ružice

500g chopped walnuts
4 tbsp of sugar
4 tbsp grounded biscuits
250g melted butter
100 ml oil
1 pack of puff pastry for baklava (500g)
1 kg sugar
1 l water
1 pack of vanilla sugar (10g)

Combine walnuts, sugar, and biscuits.

Mix melted butter with oil.

Brush puff pastry with butter and sprinkle with walnut mixture.

Layer another sheet of puff pastry on top. Repeat the process with 4 sheets, then roll tightly.

Brush the fifth sheet with butter and roll the entire roll in it. Cut into slices 1-2 cm wide and arrange in a greased baking dish (30x40).

Bake at 160°C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown, then let cool while preparing the syrup.

Combine syrup ingredients and boil for 15 minutes. Once boiling, pour hot syrup over the roses.
