Rose Momos

2 cups maida (all purpose flour)
1 to 2 tsp refined oil
1 capsicum
1 potato
1 carrot
1/2 beetroot
1 onion
ginger & garlic paste
1 tsp oil
a pinch of food color
1/4 cup water

Prepare the dough by mixing 2 cups of maida with 1 to 2 tsp of refined oil and approximately 1/4 cup of water. Knead until smooth and let it rest.

Chop the capsicum, potato, carrot, beetroot, and onion into small pieces.

In a pan, heat 1 tsp of oil and sauté the chopped vegetables along with ginger & garlic paste until cooked.

Add a pinch of food color to the vegetable mixture for coloring.

Roll out the dough into small circles, fill them with the vegetable mixture, and seal the edges to form momos.

Steam the momos until cooked through.
