Grinded Beetroot juice - To knead dough
Oil - 1/2 Tsp

Chopped Cabbage - 1-5 Cup
Chopped carrot - 1/3 Cup
Chopped Capsicum - 1/3 Cup
Chopped Spring Onions - 1/3 Cup
Salt - As per taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Grated Paneer - 1/3 Cup
Tomatoes - 3 pieces
Soaked Red chillies - 6-7 chillies
Chopped Garlic - 7-8 Cloves
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 Tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - As per taste
Maggi Masala sachet - 1 sachet
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp

Prepare the dough by mixing all purpose flour, salt, grinded beetroot juice, and oil. Knead until smooth.

Prepare the filling by heating oil in a pan and adding chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and spring onions. Season with salt, black pepper, and sugar. Add grated paneer and mix well.

Make the momos by taking a portion of the dough, rolling it out, and filling it with the prepared filling. Shape them into rose shapes.

Prepare the momos chutney by blending tomatoes, soaked red chillies, chopped garlic, oil, Kashmiri red chilly powder, red chilly powder, salt, Maggi Masala, and sugar until smooth.

Steam the momos until cooked through.
