Rose Momos

250 gm all purpose flour
1 tsp oil
125 ml water
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp butter
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp mo:mo masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
250 gm chicken mince
80 gm onion
3/4 cup fenugreed leaves
3/4 tsp salt

Prepare the dough by mixing all purpose flour, oil, and water to form a slightly tough dough. Roll it out into very thin wrappers.

Cut out three sizes of circles from the rolled dough to create the rose petals.

Prepare the stuffing by heating mustard oil and butter in a pan, then add ginger garlic paste, onion, and sauté until fragrant.

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, mo:mo masala, turmeric powder, and chicken mince to the pan. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

Add finely chopped fenugreed leaves and salt to the mixture, and stir well to combine.

Assemble the momos by placing the stuffing in the center of the dough circles and folding them to resemble rose petals.

Steam the assembled momos in a momo steamer for a longer time than regular momos due to the three layers of dough.
