Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, bacon, and parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and chives before serving.
