1 large green pepper
2 medium tomatoes
1 jalapeno
green onions
mint leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
coriander (or parsley)
1 tsp cumin powder
salt
pepper
