Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. 4Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  5. 5Cook the chicken in the air fryer for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. 6After 25 minutes, brush the BBQ sauce generously over the chicken thighs.
  7. 7Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  8. 8Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  9. 9Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  5. 5Once the cooking time is complete, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then carefully switch the valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
  6. 6Open the lid and stir the potatoes and carrots gently.
  7. 7Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
