Use a blend of pearled couscous, orzo, split baby garbanzo beans, and red quinoa from Trader Joe's.
Make half a pack of the harvest blend.
Bring chicken stock to a boil in a pot.
Add in some butter and stir in the harvest blend package.
Bring it back to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, pour a generous amount of olive oil for the sauce.
Add two cubes of frozen garlic to the olive oil and cook briefly.
Add a can of diced tomatoes to the pan on high heat.
Season with garlic powder, onion flakes, paprika, no salt seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix the sauce and let it stew on medium to high heat to develop flavor quickly.
Dice chicken sausages into small pieces for the protein component.
Add the diced chicken sausages to the sauce and mix well.
Retrieve frozen baby spinach from the freezer and add it to the mixture.
Once the harvest blend is ready, add it to the pan with the stewed veggies and protein.
Mix everything together thoroughly.
Cover the pan with a lid and turn off the heat, letting it sit in residual heat for a couple of minutes.
Check the time; it should be around 5:45 p.m., indicating the dish was completed in 30 minutes.
Serve the harvest blend bowl, optionally adding Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
