Add 1/2 can of white cream corn to the mixture.

Drain 10 ounces of fire roasted diced tomatoes and add them to the mix.

Add 1/2 bag of frozen corn to the mixture.

Add 4 ounces of sour cream to the mixture.

Add 8 ounces (half a pound) of cream cheese to the mixture.

Add 8 ounces (half a block) of extra sharp white cheddar cheese to the mixture.

Chop 3 cloves of garlic and add them to the mixture.

Mix all ingredients together in an aluminum pan.

Preheat the smoker to 250°F.

Place the dip in the smoker and cook for about 1 hour to 1.5 hours until melted and incorporated.
