Processed cheese is often cheaper and melts well.

Drain the crushed pineapple and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and the drained crushed pineapple.

Mix the cream cheese and pineapple together until well blended.

Evenly spread some of the cream cheese pineapple mixture on a tortilla.

Add a layer of fully cooked, thinly sliced deli ham on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Carefully roll up the tortilla, sealing it with the cream cheese at the edge.

Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap.

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.

Refrigerate the wrapped tortillas for a few hours.

Remove the plastic wrap and cut the rolled tortillas into slices.
