Knead a dough of 1 cup Semolina, 2 spoons of olive oil, and salt. Let it rest for 30 mins.

In a pan add 4-5 spoons of olive oil, 15-20 pods of garlic, 4 cups of chopped spinach, and let it cook. After it is cooked add 150 gram ricotta cheese, salt as per taste, chilli flakes, oregano, and mix. The filling is ready, keep aside.

Make thin sheets of the dough and cut circles, fill in spinach filling on one side and seal the edges using water.

Boil the ravioli in water. They will be done when they float.

Serve with red or white Italian sauce and enjoy hot!
