1 kg beef (cut into cubes)
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 cup oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to create a marinade.

Add the beef cubes to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated beef onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece.

Brush the skewers with oil to prevent sticking.

Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and has a nice char.

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
