Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Spray a large pot with non-stick cooking spray and heat to medium.

Sauté the onions until they are tender and translucent.

Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the kohlrabi, potatoes, broth, milk, bay leaf, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired).

Turn the heat up to medium-high and cover the pot.

Allow it to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the vegetables are fork tender.

Mix it well and remove the bay leaf.

Serve it in bowls.
