220g quail eggs
50g peeled garlic
100g shishito peppers
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice syrup
2L water
20g ginger
10g kelp
50g green onion

Wash the quail eggs and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.

Cut the beef brisket into bite-sized pieces and soak for 30 minutes to remove blood.

Add ginger, onion, green onion, whole peppercorns, and kelp to the pot and boil for 20 minutes. Remove the kelp after 10 minutes.

After removing the kelp, boil for another 20 minutes.

Add the beef to the strained broth.

Remove the quail eggs after boiling for 10 minutes and cool them in cold water. Peel the quail eggs and rinse them with water.
