200g garlic
100g shishito peppers
2 red chili peppers
600ml beef broth
200ml thick soy sauce
100ml soup soy sauce
100ml sugar
50ml cooking wine

Prepare the beef by cutting it into appropriate sizes.

In a pot, add 1.5L of water and bring it to a boil.
