1 cup (120 g) sliced carrot
1 cup (100 g) sliced celery
2 & ½ cups (425 g) sliced baby potatoes

2 & ½ cups (220 g) sliced mushrooms
½ cup (80 g) chopped red onions
3 cloves of roughly chopped garlic
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp gluten free flour of your choice
1 Tsp thyme
1 Tsp basil
1 & ½ Tsp oregano
1 & ½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
½ cup (95 g) washed red lentils
½ cup tomato puree
small pinch of salt
2 bay leaves
2 & ½ cups vegetable broth

Stir in 1 Tbsp grated ginger, 2 Tbsp gluten free flour, 1 Tsp thyme, 1 Tsp basil, and 1 & ½ Tsp oregano; mix well.

Add 1 & ½ Tbsp balsamic vinegar and 1 Tbsp soy sauce; stir to combine.

Add ½ cup washed red lentils, ½ cup tomato puree, 2 bay leaves, and 2 & ½ cups vegetable broth; stir to combine.
