Cut the dough in half and shape each half into a ball.
Press down to make a round shape about 1/3 inch thick.
Cut each round into quarters.
Cook in a medium-high heat pan until golden, without adding butter or oil, but you can use a little flour on the pan if desired.
Flip them over and cook on the other side.
