CAMEMBERT PANÉ (Tous en cuisine avec Seb)

Prepare the Camembert by removing it from its packaging.

Coat the Camembert in flour, then dip it in beaten egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.

Heat a pan and add oil for frying.

Fry the coated Camembert until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Serve the fried Camembert with a side of salad and sliced shallots.
