Heat oil in pan and add chopped onion along with cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cumin seeds, black cardamoms, black peppers and cloves. Saute until light golden.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.

Add washed chicken.

Add all dry spices including salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and arabic masala powder. Mix well and add enough water to cook the chicken. When oil appears on surface, it's ready.

Boil water in a separate pan. Add salt to taste, cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds and cloves. Add soaked white rice and boil until cooked. Afterwards, strain remaining water.

Layer the prepared chicken with some masala in a cooking pot. Add boiled chickpeas with cashew nuts, almonds, raisins and snober.

Now layer the masala and boiled rice in several layers. Add some food color / saffron color on top with rose water. Spread melted butter or ghee on top. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Later, mix well and serve!
