Cut the tomatoes in half and transfer them to a bowl.
Dice the mangoes into small cubes and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.
Add extra mango juice to the bowl for more flavor.
Chop some onions and coriander, then add them to the bowl.
Remove the corn from the cob and add it to the bowl.
Squeeze lemon juice over the salsa mixture and add freshly ground black pepper.
Mix everything together until well blended and set aside until ready to use.
Heat oil in a griddle over medium heat for grilling the blue marlin steaks.
Grill the blue marlin steaks for 60 seconds on one side, being careful not to overcook them to avoid a rubbery texture.
Brush the glaze over the fish before flipping it over.
Turn the fish slowly to avoid breaking it, and brush the glaze on the other side as well.
Once cooked, transfer the fish to a plate and arrange the blue marlin steaks with the grilled corn mango salsa on a serving plate.
