Dice a third of a small onion into small pieces.

Mince 1/8 cup of green pepper.

Chop 1 hard-boiled egg into small pieces.

Add 1/16 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of paprika to the mixture.

Mix in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard as desired.

Spread the mixture onto tortillas to make pinwheels.

Roll the tortillas and slice them into pinwheels.
