Add chickpea flour to a large mixing bowl.
Add a pinch of salt to the flour.
For each amount of flour, add three times the water; add 600 g of cold water to the bowl.
Whisk the mixture until the chickpea flour is dissolved.
Add 1 tablespoon of cumin seed powder halfway through whisking.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
Preheat an oven dish in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the mixture on low to medium heat while whisking, for 3-5 minutes until it thickens to a paste.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add 100 ml of whole milk to the mixture and mix well.
Incorporate 50 ml of sunflower oil into the mixture.
Allow the mixture to cool before adding 1 whole egg, ensuring the pan is not too hot.
Pour the mixture into the warm oven dish.
Optionally, add pieces of triangular cheese on top before baking.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
