1 medium onion, chopped
500 g boneless beef with 2 bones
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder

1 bowl celery
fresh coriander
2 carrots
1 cup chickpeas, soaked in water overnight
2 litres water
1/3 cup brown lentil, washed
1 glass water
1/2 cup flour or 5 tbsp
tomato puree
1 litre hot water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup instant noodles
1 tsp black pepper powder
