Prepare tahini Caesar dressing by blending garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, grated Parmesan, yogurt, cold water, and cayenne pepper.
Adjust dressing taste with salt and honey.
Assemble salad by piling farro salad in a shallow bowl, layering baked brussels sprouts on top, grating Parmesan over, and drizzling with tahini Caesar dressing.
