Black Olive Tapenade

150 g seedless black olives
1/2 shallot
1 clove garlic
3-4 capers
anchovies (optional)
sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
1 Tbsp olive oil
curry (a little)

Add 150 g of seedless black olives to a blender.

Chop 1/2 shallot and add it to the blender.

Add 1 clove of garlic to the blender.

Add 3-4 capers to the blender.

If desired, add anchovies to the blender.

If desired, add sun-dried tomatoes to the blender.

Add 1 Tbsp of olive oil to the blender.

Add a little curry to the blender.

Blend all ingredients until puréed.

Serve with some greens and enjoy!
