1 lb sweet potato
1 lb malanga
2 cups corn
1 green plantain
1 lb pumpkin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon tropical seasoning
2 bay leaves

Heat lard in a pot over medium heat until hot.

Stir in ground cumin, oregano, all-purpose seasoning, tropical seasoning, a pinch of black pepper, and a bay leaf.

Add a little water if necessary, cover, and cook for another 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, add semi-ripe plantain and another half teaspoon of lemon juice.

Taste for salt and adjust as necessary, stirring again.
