In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.

Pull out chilled dough and form into small balls or crescent shapes and place onto prepared baking dish/pan.

Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes (17 minutes recommended).

Remove to cool just enough to touch them and dunk each cookie in sifted powdered sugar to cover.
