4 Mahi Mahi fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper rub

Drizzle grapeseed oil on all sides of the mahi mahi fillets to act as a binder for the rub and prevent sticking.

Coat all four sides of the mahi mahi fillets with lemon pepper rub.

Preheat the grill dome to 375-400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Oil the grill rack using a paper towel with oil.

Place the mahi mahi fillets in the middle of the grill.

Cook the fillets for 2-3 minutes on one side.

Flip the fillets after 3 minutes to check for a nice golden brown color.
