In the first step, marinate the slices of mahi-mahi fish. Place the slices in a plate and sprinkle 1 tbsp of ground flour and ½ tbsp of cornflour over them.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste on the mahi-mahi fish.

Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of ginger paste, and 1 tbsp of garlic paste, and mix well.

Heat a grilled pan and add some olive oil. Place the mahi-mahi slices in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

After five minutes, turn the mahi-mahi fish slices and cook for about 5 more minutes until ready.

To make Mango Salsa, cut 1 mango into cubes and add 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped tomato, 2 tbsp of green onion, 2 tbsp of cilantro, and 1/2 jalapeno to a bowl.

Squeeze 1/2 lime, sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste, and mix well. The Mango Salsa is ready.
