Hard boil 6 eggs using a Dash rapid egg cooker for 16 minutes.

After cooking, transfer eggs to a bowl of ice cold water to stop the cooking process.

Peel the eggs and set aside the whites and yolks separately.

In a food processor, add 3 of the hard-boiled egg yolks and 4 oz of softened cream cheese.

Add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of mustard to the processor.

Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

Blend the mixture until smooth and adjust flavors as needed.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chop the reserved egg whites.

Add the chopped egg whites and some fresh chives to the mixture and combine.

Serve the dip with paprika sprinkled on top and alongside pretzel crisps or other dippers.
