Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
Add 1 large finely chopped onion and sauté until slightly colored.
Add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic and mix well until fragrant.
Add 600-700 grams of finely chopped chicken and cook until the chicken turns white.
Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon crushed chili, and 1 teaspoon crushed cumin, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot sauce and mix well.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is tender and releases its juices.
Add 1/4 cup of pizza sauce and mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of oregano leaves and mix again.
Add 1 finely chopped bell pepper, 1 finely chopped onion, and 2 tablespoons of olives, and mix everything well to prepare the chicken mixture.
Set the chicken mixture aside.
For the egg filling, grate 3 boiled eggs into a bowl.
Add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili, and 1 teaspoon paprika powder, and mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce and mix again.
Prepare vegetables by thinly slicing cucumber and tomato, and have salad leaves ready.
Grill 3 slices of bread beforehand.
Spread mayonnaise on one slice of grilled bread.
Spread the chicken filling evenly on the first slice of bread.
Spread the egg filling on the second slice of bread.
Layer the vegetables on top of the egg filling one by one.
Cover with the third slice of bread on top.
Cut the sandwich as desired and enjoy.
