1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dry mustard (Dijon mustard also works, about 1 tsp)
Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (about 8 oz)
1/2 cup shredded Gruyere or Monterey Jack cheese (optional)
1/4 cup cream cheese (optional)
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (use gluten-free for GF)
2 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
