1 green bell pepper
1 medium tomato
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
4 slices Italian bread
4 slices Kraft singles cheese
1 avocado
