Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. 3Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, ensuring the bacon overlaps slightly.
  4. 4Place the wrapped chicken breasts in a baking dish, seam side down.
  5. 5If using, brush barbecue sauce over the bacon-wrapped chicken.
