1.5 tbsp red pesto (chilli pesto)

¼ tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oregano

130g Greek yogurt
1 tbsp capers
10g fresh dill
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ minced garlic clove (optional)
¼ tsp ground black pepper
