Add 70 grams onions, 60 grams bell pepper, 80 grams tomato, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well to combine.

In a separate bowl, add 60 grams onions, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Mix well and keep aside.

Place a toasted bread on a board. Spread some prepared curd mixture over it. Add a layer of chickpea mixture and spread evenly.
