1 kg pork belly (삼겹살)
200 g radish (무)
1 apple (사과)
200 g onion (양파)
10 cloves garlic (알마늘)
1 green onion (대파)
10 whole black peppercorns (통후추)
4 tablespoons soybean paste (시판된장)
½ teaspoon flower salt (꽃소금)
