DIY Light & Healthy Homemade Salad Dressings (4 Ways!)

- ●1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ●1 clove garlic, minced
- ●1 tsp honey (optional)
- ●Salt to taste
- ●Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey (if using).
- 2Whisk the mixture until well combined.
- 3Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to whisk to emulsify the dressing.
- 4Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5Taste and adjust the seasoning or sweetness as desired.
- 6Transfer the vinaigrette to a jar or container with a lid for storage.
